Chun is a Parent Governor at North Beckton Primary School. Two things that drew Chun to choose the school for her children were the proximity of the school and the Ofsted rating after the change of management.

Chun got involved with the governing body to get a better idea of what happens behind the scenes and to give back to the community. After joining the governing body, Chun's views of the school has been greatly impacted seeing how hard everyone works in the background especially during Covid times and saw what it takes to run a school. Chun especially loves the inclusive nature of the school which also reflects on their motto that 'We All Belong.' Their curriculum is centred with this in mind and all children look happy and engaged and would recommend this school to her friends and family.

The Trust has benefited the school greatly as a support network that you can call upon. There is expertise and experience shared from the other Trust schools.
