Our cover supervisor training is aimed at new or recently appointed cover supervisors or HLTAs wanting to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their role effectively within the classrooms and the 
teachers they support. We have recently been awarded accreditation for this course through the CPD certification service.

Recently, this has been delivered across our own trust and externally within in other organisations. For 2025, we are only running this course as an external option so please get in touch if you have a group of staff that require training in this area.
