With the outbreak of COVID-19 we are really looking forward to getting back into sports when it is safe to do so. Watch this space...

2019-20 Academic Year

This year the Sports Hub supported the TTLT Schools (Curwen, Kensington, North Beckton, Ranelagh and Rebecca Cheetham), The EKO Trust Schools (Earlham, Eleanor Smith, Gainsborough and Kaizen), Carpenters, Central Park, Selwyn and Sir John Heron.

Before the outbreak of COVID-19 there was plenty that went on across the Sports Hub...

There was the Girls Ambassador Launch, Girls Tag Rugby, Girls Active #1 and #2, Boys Tag Rugby, the William Greaves /Capital Kids Indoor Cricket Final, the Football League, our Badminton Festival and Gymnastics Festival (pictured below)

Our Dance Festival was a huge success...



As was our Basketball Festival where Kensington and Curwen Primaries won their respective leagues at UEL Sports Dock!

Selwyn Primary were crowned the winners of the TTLT Handball Festival...

Gainsborough were our impressive runners up!

We're really looking forward to getting back into sports once it is safe to do so.

Autumn Term

TTLT Mini Olympics

Congratulations to Curwen Primary School for winning the TTLT Mini Olympics.

Boys & Girls Football Festivals

Girls Active Festival

On Friday 2nd November, over 130 girls attended the 1st Girls Active Primary Schools Festival for this academic year. The four activities that the girls had the opportunity to participate in were NFL, Cricket, Hockey and Boxing.

SEND Festival

A huge thank you to New Vic for hosting and delivering our first SEND Festival of the year. Eight schools participated and had the opportunity to play boccia, new age kurling, seated volleyball, polybat and table cricket

Dance Festival

Congratulations to Curwen for winning the TTLT Dance Festival and Dersingham for finishing as Runners Up. The standard was extremely high and it was great to see so many different genres of dance.

Spring Term

Tag Rugby Festival

Congratulations to Curwen for winning the TTLT Tag Rugby Festival, narrowly beating Eleanor Smith 2-1 in overtime. Congratulations to Eleanor Smith for winning the 'Respect' trophy!

Basketball Festival

Congratulations to North Beckton and Ranelagh Primary Schools for winning their respective groups. North Beckton were crowned the overall winners with most baskets scored!

Dodgeball Festival

Congratulations to Ranelagh for winning the Dodgeball Festival and a big thank you to New Vic College for hosting.

SEND Festival #2

A big thank you to Richard Hunt and the students at UEL for running our SEND Festival #2 at SportDock.

Gymnastics Festival

Congratulations to Ranelagh Primary School for winning our first TTLT Gymnastics Festival and well done to the four gymnasts that were selected by the judges for outstanding routines.

Summer Term

Across the summer term there was plenty of fun including the Handball Festival, Girls Active Festival #3, the American Football Festival, Cycling Festival, Cricket Festival and Swimming Gala!

2017-18 Academic Year

Congratulation to Curwen Primary School who won the Tapscott Learning Trust Sport Competitions League for the 2017/18 Academic Year.

Mini Olympics

Congratulations to Curwen Primary School for winning the KS1 Mini Olympics on Friday and a big thank you to Ranelagh School for hosting and supplying excellent Sports Leaders.

Rugby League

Congratulations to Curwen Primary School who won the TTLT Tag Rugby League Festival

 Multi Skills Festival (Kensington Primary School)

Kensington Primary School recently held a Intra Schools Multi Skills Festival for all their Year 1 and Year 2 pupils.

Each pupil took part in three events: Speed Bounce, Standing Long Jump and Bean Bag throw. Sports Leaders in Year 6 and Year 4 were supported by TTLT Sports Lead Paul Belcher running the activities.

Congratulations to Kensington Primary School who won a closely contested handball competition at Ranelagh Primary School this afternoon.

Ranelagh were awarded a ‘Teamwork’ trophy for their improvement on the day.Thank you to Ranelagh for hosting and supplying two amazing Year 6 Sports Leaders!

KS1 Mini Olympics
